Dear go players,
We are delighted to announce that the 6th Weqi Project, Shanghai Summer School will take place from August 5th – August 26th! You are warmly invited to the University of Jian Qiao, Lin-gang Special Area near the Dishui Lake, Shanghai. Our project plans to have 20 participants from overseas. Together with our experienced teaching team, we will ensure lots of fun and a well-planned go training process with typical cultural exploring activities.

Weiqi Project 2023
Shanghai Summer School is an annual event held by the University of Shanghai Jian Qiao University for overseas go players of all levels. The main event is the weiqi project for beginners.

Free Twin room (two beds)；
Three meals at your own expense, you can buy a meal voucher to eat in the canteen, the cost of a day is roughly 100 yuan(RMB).
Lin-gang and surroundings
A “digital twin” city that is highly consistent and interactive with the real world recently began being mapped online in the Lin-gang Special Area, located in East China's Shanghai city.
