朱瑞庭,1966年3月生,研究生学历,博士学位,教授,中共党员,现任上海建桥学院校长、党委副书记,上海市第十三、十四届政协委员,兼任中国服务贸易协会专家委员会副理事长、全国高校商务管理研究会副会长、中国商业经济学会常务理事、中国高等教育学会理事、上海市商业经济学会副会长、上海市民办教育协会副会长及高等教育专业委员会主任。

1989年7月毕业于杭州大学(现浙江大学)经济系,获经济学硕士学位,同年留校任教。2001年7月取得德国马尔堡大学企业经济学(市场营销方向)博士学位。回国后担任某大型市场研究公司高级研究员。2003年1月到上海建桥学院任教,历任商贸系系主任、科研处处长、校长助理、副校长。是市级精品课程、市级教学团队负责人。2004年获“上海市引进海外高层次留学人员专项资金”资助。2004年、2009年获“上海市育才奖”,2008年获评“宝钢优秀教师奖”,2022年获“上海市五一劳动奖章”。

多年来,朱瑞庭教授一直活跃在学术研究前沿,专注于国际商务、零售营销、品牌管理等领域的学术研究。专著《Die Einkaufsstaettenwahl chinesischer Konsumenten — Eine kausalanalytische Untersuchung des Kaufverhaltens im Lebensmittelsektor》(德文版)2002年4月由德国贝塔斯曼·斯普林格出版集团出版,填补德语文献中有关中国消费者购买行为研究的空白。在《经济科学》《经济管理》《文汇时评》等报刊上发表相关论文60余篇,其中大多数为CSSCI收录期刊,5篇被人大报刊复印资料全文转载。主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科规划基金项目、上海市哲学社会科学规划课题等。专著《中国零售业“走出去”战略的支撑体系—理论及实证分析》(经济科学出版社)等获第五届(2015)、第六届(2016)“中国服务贸易研究奖”。朱瑞庭教授担任中国服务贸易协会专家委员会副理事长,全国高校商务管理研究会副会长等职务。

以朱瑞庭教授负责的国际商务学科团队长期坚持学科建设、专业建设和教师专业发展“三位一体”、教学和科研紧密结合的建设思路和工作方针,在学校由专科向本科及应用技术型大学转变的过程中,一直发挥了强有力的引领和带动作用。近年来,团队瞄准“一带一路”背景下我国企业“走出去”战略面临的重大理论和现实问题,做了大量卓有成效的研究工作,一批高质量的研究成果陆续产出,已经成为国内“一带一路”、“中国零售业‘走出去’”等领域最为活跃的学术团队和重要基地,学术影响力不断扩大,受到业内高度关注和充分肯定,学术成就在《商业经济研究》杂志“全国优秀流通经济学人专栏”作专题介绍。


Professor Zhu Ruiting, born in March 1966, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree. He is a professor. He currently serves as President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Jian Qiao University. He is a member of the 13th and 14th Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He also holds concurrent positions as Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee of the China Association of Trade in Services, Vice President of the National Business Management Research Association, Executive Council Member of the China Society of Commercial Economics, Council Member of the China Association of Higher Education, Vice President of the Shanghai Society of Commercial Economics, and Vice President of the Shanghai Private Education Association as well as Director of its Higher Education Professional Committee.

In July 1989, he graduated from the Department of Economics of Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University) with a Master's degree in Economics and remained at the university as a faculty member. In July 2001, he obtained a doctoral degree in Business Economics (with a concentration in Marketing) from the University of Marburg, Germany. After returning to China, he worked as a senior researcher at a major market research firm. In January 2003, he joined Shanghai Jian Qiao University as a faculty member and successively served as Dean of the Department of Commerce, Director of the Office of Research Administration, Assistant to the President, and Vice President. He is the leader of municipal-level quality courses and a municipal-level teaching team. In 2004, he was awarded the Special Fund for Introducing High-level Overseas Returnees by the Shanghai Municipal Government. He received the Shanghai Yucai Award in 2004 and 2009, the Baosteel Excellent Teacher Award in 2008, and the Shanghai May Day Labor Medal in 2022.

Over the years, Professor Zhu has remained at the forefront of academic research, with a focus on international business, retail marketing, and brand management. His monograph, Die Einkaufsstaettenwahl chinesischer Konsumenten — Eine kausalanalytische Untersuchung des Kaufverhaltens im Lebensmittelsektor (German edition), was published in April 2002 by Bertelsmann Springer Publishing Group in Germany, filling a gap in German-language literature on Chinese consumer buying behavior. He has published over 60 related papers in journals such as Economic Science, Economic Management, and Wenhui Review, most of which have been included in the CSSCI (Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index), with five papers fully reprinted by the Information Center for Social Sciences at Renmin University of China. He has led projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, the Humanities and Social Science Planning Fund of the Ministry of Education, and the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Planning Program. His monograph The Supporting System for China's Retail Industry Going Global Strategy — Theoretical and Empirical Analysis (published by Economic Science Press) was awarded the China Service Trade Research Award in the fifth (2015) and sixth (2016) sessions. Professor Zhu serves as Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee of the China Association of Trade in Services and Vice President of the National Business Management Research Association, among other positions.

The international business discipline team led by Professor Zhu has long adhered to an integrated approach combining discipline development, program construction, and faculty professional growth, while closely integrating teaching and research. This approach has played a strong leading and driving role in the university's transformation from a junior college to a full-fledged undergraduate and application-oriented university. In recent years, the team has focused on major theoretical and practical issues facing Chinese enterprises under the Going Global strategy in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative, producing a substantial body of effective research work. A number of high-quality research outputs have been successively generated, and the team has become one of the most active academic groups and important bases in China in the fields of the Belt and Road Initiative and China's retail industry going global. Its academic influence continues to expand, drawing significant attention and recognition from industry peers. The team's academic achievements have been featured in a special column, National Outstanding Circulation Economists, in the journal Commercial Economic Research.
