陈伟,研究生学历,博士学位,教授,中共党员。现任上海建桥学院党委副书记、副校长、工会主席、董事,教育部高校思想政治工作创新发展中心(上海建桥学院)常务副主任;上海市一流本科课程《劳动教育》主持人;中国教育发展战略学会思想道德建设专业委员会常务理事、上海市领导科学学会常务理事、中国高等教育学会劳动教育专业委员会理事,长三角新文科教育专业认证联盟专家。

曾获上海市五一劳动奖章、上海市育才奖、上海市新长征突击手、上海市优秀共产党员、上海市大学生西部计划先进工作者、上海市征兵工作先进个人等荣誉称号。荣获上海市教学成果一等奖一项,二等奖两项。

近年来在核心期刊杂志发表多篇思想政治教育类文章,主持教育部思政司专项课题、上海市阳光计划、上海市教育科学研究项目、上海民办高校辅导员发展中心、上海高校心理健康教育示范中心、上海市大学生职业生涯规划工作室等,参与教育部、上海市专业综合改革试点研究,担任多名青年教师科研项目导师,指导多名学生参与全国、上海市的科创竞赛并获佳绩。


Professor Chen Wei holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree. She currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President, Chairman of the Trade Union, and a Director of the Board of Shanghai Jian Qiao University. She is also the Executive Deputy Director of the Innovation and Development Center for Ideological and Political Work in Higher Education Institutions (Shanghai Jian Qiao University), approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. She is the course leader of Labor Education, a Shanghai First-class Undergraduate Course. Furthermore, she serves as Executive Council Member of the Moral Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, Executive Council Member of the Shanghai Leadership Science Society, Council Member of the Labor Education Committee of the China Association of Higher Education, and an expert of the Yangtze River Delta New Liberal Arts Education Professional Certification Alliance.

Professor Chen has been honored with the Shanghai May Day Labor Medal, the Shanghai Yucai Award, the Shanghai New Long March Pacesetter, the Shanghai Outstanding Communist Party Member, the Advanced Worker of the Shanghai College Graduate Western China Volunteer Program, and the Advanced Individual of Shanghai Conscription Work, among other accolades. She has also received one First Prize and two Second Prizes of the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award.

In recent years, she has published numerous articles on ideological and political education in core journals. She has led special research projects for the Department of Ideological and Political Work of the Ministry of Education, the Shanghai Sunshine Plan, the Shanghai Education Science Research Project, the Development Center for Counselors in Shanghai Private Colleges, the Model Center for Mental Health Education in Shanghai Colleges, and the Shanghai College Student Career Planning Studio. She has also participated in comprehensive reform pilot studies commissioned by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal Government. She serves as a research mentor for several young faculty members and has guided many students to achieve outstanding results in national and Shanghai-level science and innovation competitions.
