赵雷洪，1964年4月生，研究生学历，硕士学位，教授，博士生导师，中共党员，现任上海建桥学院副校长。
1986年7月本科毕业于复旦大学放射化学专业，1994年7月取得杭州大学（现浙江大学）理学硕士学位。曾先后担任浙江师范大学教务处副处长、人力资源部主任、数理与信息工程学院书记，工学院院长、书记，本科教学部主任等职务。国家一流专业化学专业负责人，浙江省“十三五”优势专业化学专业负责人、浙江省高层次人才特殊支持计划领军人才，省高校中青年学科带头人、浙江省化学化工及制药教学指导委员会委员。
获得教育部高等学校科学研究二等奖、浙江省自然科学奖二等奖、三等奖，浙江省科技进步三等奖1次；获得浙江省教学成果一等奖2次，二等奖1次。获评全国化学教育硕士教学技能大赛优秀指导教师、全国教育硕士优秀教师等。
Professor Zhao Leihong, born in April 1964, holds a postgraduate degree and a master's degree. He is a professor, doctoral supervisor. He currently serves as Vice President of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.
In July 1986, he graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in Radiochemistry. In July 1994, he received a Master of Science degree from Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University). He has successively served as Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Director of the Human Resources Department, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Mathematics, Physics and Information Engineering, Dean and Party Secretary of the College of Engineering, and Director of the Undergraduate Teaching Department at Zhejiang Normal University.
Professor Zhao is the leader of the national first-class chemistry program, the leader of the advantageous chemistry program of Zhejiang Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, a leading talent under the Zhejiang Province High-Level Talent Special Support Program, a young and middle-aged academic leader in provincial universities, and a member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Pharmacy of Zhejiang Province.
He has received the Second Prize of the Higher Education Scientific Research Award from the Ministry of Education, the Second and Third Prizes of the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Award, and the Third Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (once). He has also won the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Achievement Award twice and the Second Prize once. He has been named Outstanding Advisor in the National Chemistry Education Master's Teaching Skills Competition and Outstanding Teacher of National Education Master's Programs, among other honors.
