杨伟人，1963年10月生，研究生学历，博士学位，中共党员，现任上海建桥学院党委书记、政府督导专员，兼任上海市海峡两岸交流促进会副会长，上海市欧美同学会常务理事、澳新分会会长。
曾先后任中国驻悉尼总领事馆副领事、领事；上海市教育委员会国际交流处副调研员、副处长、处长，上海市教卫工作党委副巡视员、二级巡视员。2024年1月起担任上海建桥学院党委书记、政府督导专员。
Dr. Yang Weiren, born in October 1963, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree. Dr. Yang currently serves as Secretary of the Party Committee and Government Supervisor of Shanghai Jian Qiao University. He also holds the positions of Vice President of the Shanghai Association for the Promotion of Cross-Strait Exchanges, Executive Council Member of the Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association, and President of its Australia and New Zealand Chapter.
Dr. Yang has successively served as Deputy Consul and Consul at the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney; Deputy Director of Research, Deputy Division Director, and Division Director of the International Exchange Office of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission; and Deputy Inspector and Second-level Inspector of the Education and Health Working Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee. He has assumed the role of Secretary of the Party Committee and Government Supervisor of Shanghai Jian Qiao University since January 2024.
