王邦永，1981年9月生，研究生学历，博士学位，助理研究员，中共党员。现任上海建桥学院董事会秘书、副校长，兼任上海建桥教育集团有限公司行政副总裁。上海市浦东新区第六、七届人大代表。
2005年7月本科毕业于复旦大学行政管理专业（兼修法学第二专业），2011年6月于复旦大学取得公共管理硕士学位，并于2022年6月取得华东师范大学教育博士学位。其于2005年8月加入上海建桥学院，任校长办公室行政助理，2009年1月至2010年10月借调至上海市教育委员会办公室工作；2010年10月至2025年9月，先后任上海建桥学院信息化办公室副主任，校长（党委）办公室副主任、主任，学校办公室主任，产教融合促进中心主任，董事长助理、校长助理。2018年12月起兼任上海建桥教育集团有限公司行政副总裁。2025年9月任上海建桥学院副校长。
2017年4月获颁授上海市青年五四奖章，2020年12月获评“上海市劳动模范（先进工作者）”。
Dr. Wang Bangyong, born in September 1981, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree. He is an Assistant Research Fellow. He currently serves as Board Secretary and Vice President of Shanghai Jian Qiao University, while concurrently holding the position of Executive Vice President (Administration) of Shanghai Gench Education Group Co., Ltd. He is a deputy to the 6th and 7th People's Congresses of Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
In July 2005, he graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration (with a second major in Law). In June 2011, he obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Fudan University, and in June 2022, he received a Doctorate in Education from East China Normal University. He joined Shanghai Jian Qiao University in August 2005 as an Administrative Assistant in the President's Office. From January 2009 to October 2010, he was seconded to work at the Office of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. From October 2010 to September 2025, he successively served as Deputy Director of the Information Technology Office, Deputy Director and then Director of the President's (Party Committee) Office, Director of the University Office, Director of the Industry-Education Integration Promotion Center, Assistant to the Chairman, and Assistant to the President. Since December 2018, he has concurrently served as Executive Vice President (Administration) of Shanghai Gench Education Group Co., Ltd. He was appointed Vice President of Shanghai Jian Qiao University in September 2025.
In April 2017, he was awarded the Shanghai Youth May Fourth Medal, and in December 2020, he was honored as a Shanghai Model Worker (Advanced Worker).
