刘立华，1983年10月生，研究生学历，博士学位，副教授，中共党员。2006年9月本科毕业于山东大学材料加工专业，2013年8月取得上海大学博士学位。2013年8月加入上海建桥学院，历任机电学院机械工程系教师、系主任、院长助理，教务处副处长、创新创业学院院长、机电学院院长，2025年10月起，担任上海建桥学院校长助理，兼任上海临港产业大学副校长。
曾获“上海市育才奖”“上海市民办高校‘师生榜样’榜样管理者”，校级“优秀共产党员”“清云奖”“优秀系主任”等荣誉。
Dr. Liu Lihua, born in October 1983, holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree. He is an associate professor. He currently serves as Assistant to the President of Shanghai Jian Qiao University, while concurrently holding the position of Vice President of Shanghai Lin-gang Industry College.
In September 2006, he graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor's degree in Materials Processing. In August 2013, he received his doctoral degree from Shanghai University. He joined Shanghai Jian Qiao University in August 2013 and has successively served as faculty member of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Department Chair, Assistant Dean, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Dean of the College of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Dean of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Since October 2025, he has been serving as Assistant to the President of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.
Dr. Liu has received the Shanghai Yucai Award, the Role Model Administrator award under the Teacher-Student Role Model initiative for Shanghai private higher education institutions, as well as university-level honors including Outstanding Communist Party Member, Qingyun Award, and Outstanding Department Chair.
