赵东辉，1966年4月出生，大学本科学历，高级经济师。现任上海建桥学院董事长、上海建桥教育集团有限公司董事会主席。
毕业于西南科技大学土木工程专业。2003年10月至今担任浙江方阵实业有限公司董事长；2010年1月至今担任长九实业集团有限公司董事长。2018年12月至2023年12月担任上海建桥教育集团有限公司非执行董事，2023年12月至今担任上海建桥教育集团有限公司董事会主席、执行董事；2024年5月至今，担任上海建桥学院董事长。
Mr. Zhao Donghui, born in April 1966, holds a bachelor's degree and is a Senior Economist. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Jian Qiao University and Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Gench Education Group Co., Ltd.
He graduated from Southwest University of Science and Technology with a major in Civil Engineering. Since October 2003, he has served as Chairman of Zhejiang Fangzhen Industrial Co., Ltd.; since January 2010, he has served as Chairman of Changjiu Industrial Group Co., Ltd. From December 2018 to December 2023, he served as a Non-executive Director of Shanghai Gench Education Group Co., Ltd.; from December 2023 to present, he has served as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the same company; and since May 2024, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Jian Qiao University.
